• Title searches and lien searches
• Express payoff service
• Wire fees and shipping charges
• Recording services
• Out-of-state closings for Virginia properties
• Power of attorney (if necessary)

Purchase Transactions

• Seller’s closing fee: $500.00, including deed preparation (additional fees may apply for lien release tracking, wire and courier delivery, etc.)

• Buyer’s closing fee: $750.00 inlcudes title examination

Refinance Transactions:

• Borrower’s closing fee: $750.00
